In a non-corrupt system, NOT voting signals a lack of interest in a candidate. This would prompt future candidates to appeal to those vooooters.
In which case, the NON-voters affect change.
In a corrupt system, your vote literally doesn’t fucking matter and they’re laughing at you anyways. Especially since we’ve seen dead people, niggers, immigrants, and straight up non-existent people voting. They’re laughing in your face.
