"Jugaad" is the indian mindset where if you can take advantage of a system or scamming people you are honorable and cool.

"If everyone thought like this there won't be a civilization", and that's why India sucks.

read up on "izzat". its incredible how jeets behave, and as you say, the reason why india will always be a shithole and anywhere indians manage to gain power, will always collapse on itself.
