This isn't the gov we're talking about here. They can build an entire restaurant in 120 days. The geographic distribution of the restaurants means there's more than enough contractors available to make the change all at once, they don't have to do them one at a time. A big project sure but they handle those all the time.

I get it, you're a fucking retard.

You can't understand the difference between building a single story over a third of the year versus sending contractors out to over 14,000 locations across the United States, doing the work and then not having some inspector ensure they did it all up to code.

Do you think that McD's is going to hire 14,000 contractors to do the work? No, they have their own people and they'll send them around to do this slowly because it's cheaper to have a few dozen people going around to each store slowly than to drop a tens of millions to get it all done in a weekend.
