No, I mean 1860s. The political momentum for egalitarianism would never have existed, and thus the Radical Republicans (communists) would never have taken power after the Civil War, leading to niggers being forced on the entire country rather than being deported like Lincoln wanted.

All we had to do was retain voting restrictions.
