If the “community” was really angry, that woman would not feel comfortable enough to come back. At what point does community not have the right to banish her so she can’t be near other people, especially smaller children. If you’re willing to do that to baby ducks, the only thing keeping you from killing humans is the possible “consequences”. The nigger will serve no time for the ducks. Likely a small fine at most, maybe some community service.
