Scallion is right they both are needed, but you are also correct that killing your enemies is the significantly more important step for Whites in particular.

Sometimes people forget we're functionally a K-selected species, while nons are R-selected. You won't have any better luck outbreeding them than you would a common house spider. But you only need a fraction of the manpower from your own group to clean house.

Exactly. Obviously, if every White person was not having kids it would be bad but that's not the case.

We're Protoss and the nons are Zerg. We won't beat them by out breeding but an organized group of 100 of us is worth 10,000 of them.
