There are people driving luxury cars and getting EBT, sure. It happens. Sometimes a rich person will donate their old car to a poor person or give it to a sugar baby or whatever.
The recipient of the car doesn't generally run out and put herself at risk by ragebaiting as many people as possible and drawing attention to her good fortune.
