The key is to work logistics or any other position outside store operating hours.
From my experience, I have seen fights and such. They were the absolute worst, not a damn thing you can do to prevent a diffusion especially since EVERYTHING sets them off.
Id guess if I was stuck in such a situation, I’d say I’m not feeling well, clock out, and leave while removing my work shirt, and if they followed me to my car I’d spray them down, and then drive away. If they were able to somehow follow me after that, I’d make other plans.
