How do you document something that never happened?
Where do you find a book documenting an even that never happened?
Where is all the witness testimony?
The best refutation of the event is the people saying it happened at all. The utter ridiculousness of it is enough. Not to mention the methods they used to extract testimony.
I am sure if there ever was a memo of Hitler telling people to kill all the jews they'd have produced it by now.
