Maybe he was a heroinigger. But nowadays they've all become fentaniggers. And fentaniggers would probably be too sedated to kill 'demons'.
Maybe he was just into soft drugs, a marijuanigger. Marijuaniggers can sometimes become psychotic if they're already borderline, and tha drugs n sheeeit push them over the edge. But the well known phenomenon of escalation ensures that he is probably on hard drugs by this point.
Thus, he is possibly a cocainigger. Stimulants would definitely make sense. But the hallucinigger aspects of it are not so well accounted for.
My educated guess is that maybe he's a psychonigger, of which there are quite a few types.
First-generation or 'typical' psychoniggers include chlorpromaziniggers.
Second-generation or 'atypical' psychoniggers are actually most psychoniggers, such as clozapiniggers, olanzapiniggers, quetiapiniggers, and risperidoniggers.
Sometimes, certain second-generation psychoniggers are reclassified as third-generation psychoniggers, such as caripraziniggers.
A strong possibility is that this nigger sold his psych meds for hard drugs and/or the hard drugs offset the effects of his psych meds (e.g. switched to a different hard drug or to a different psych med). No longer effectively medicated, he started seeing 'demons' n sheeeeit everywhere, and chimped out.
