This, but one important thing that I rarely see mentioned:
It's a good idea to remineralize your water after it's been through the RO system. Reverse Osmosis does indeed get the kike poison shit out of water, but the process also removes beneficial nutrients (calcium, magnesium, iron, etc) and it's very easy to remineralize the water with drops. Especially if you are maintaining a supply for long term storage/niggerpocalypse use.
I use these: https://ionoxygen.com/product/ion-water-storage-treatment-drops/
And add 11 or 12 drops to each gallon of water (and of course glass is much preferable to plastic for storage). I've been doing this for years now and rotate my supply of water so the older stuff is used first but remineralized RO Water can be stored for around seven years. So for us paranoid anons looking to become local warlords on the Day of the Rope there really isn't a downside to taking this extra step.
The remineralization debate is one I've had often.
I personally don't remineralize because my diet makes up for any shortcomings, but I've got nothing against either method.
I'm right there with you on the glass. I have 4 large glass bottles that take up the right side shelf of my fridge. Grab from the back, put the newly filled one up front. Ice cold. Best drink ever.
Yeah as long as one is maintaining a healthy diet with clean simple food, it isn't of paramount importance. I just look at it as something that doesn't really have a downside. For me one of the other aspects is that fostering the habit of regularly remineralizing is good muscle memory to make certain I always have a substantial cache of drinking water on hand.
And yeah cold RO water is the best drink there is. Especially after some good toil, moving iron around, or tossing subhumans through windows.
