Been putting on a little weight lately, had some vacation time, barbeques, found some good restaurants (incl. a sushi place that serves real wasabi). Lots of stress and long hours at work had me drinking sugary energy drinks. I noticed I hit 200 lbs which is where I start feeling a bit of a pudge. About 175 is where I'm comfortable for my height.
Guys, I started a great diet. It's called "just stop being a fat cunt by not eating it's that easy".
As of last Sunday (when I began the diet) the scale read 202.6. Right now it's 196.1.
So far in the last six days I've eaten:
- 10 eggs (two servings of which had a bunch of jalapenos and onion in it).
- A couple handfuls of shredded cheese on said eggs (probably about 4oz worth).
- One large salmon fillet with about half a cup of white rice (nooo not my hecking carbarinos!)
- One fist-and-a-half sized chicken breast with broccoli, pan-seared, with dickloads of reaper sauce because chicken is disgusting.
- One 12 oz New York strip and one baked potato.
- Three pickles, snap peas and carrots (these functionally have no calories and are just a bit of an appetite curber for when I'm feeling peckish during the day).
- A 90 calorie bag of gummie bears.
That's it. That's seriously it. I also started drinking my coffee black.
Tonight I was going to eat a bigass T-bone but I ate 3 of those 10 eggs instead because I'm simply not hungry. That and some snap peas is all I've eaten today.
I don't feel hungry, and haven't. I still have more than enough energy for the gym. I feel absolutely fine. I drink lots of water, so that missing weight isn't water weight or anything.
Okay so
# **Why do hamplanets act like this is so hard?**
Like you just don't eat bro it's that fucking easy. What dumb nigger can't not eat?
That's a good method. I recommend cutting away carbohydrates like bread, potatoes, noodles - the stuff that is mostly just a filler with a low nutrient value. Eat vegetables and meat. I heard eating only meat is also viable, but it's apparently a bit more "extreme." I am not sure about cheese, but milk is probably good.
> A 90 calorie bag of gummie bears.
Injecting heroin straight into your veins may be more healthy than eating gummy bears. Your biggest enemy is sugar in general.
Don't buy the "you have to eat 3 times a day" propaganda - that's only viable if you manage to limit the amount for all occasions. As a food enjoyer I eat 2 times a day, especially given that preparing a meal takes effort and I don't want to put up the effort for a little amount of food. Sometimes I eat breakfast, sometimes I eat in the evening, but only 1 out of 2.
And ultimately it boils down to calorie in and calorie out - meaning exercise is another solution which has good side-effects beyond dieting.
Except for chicken breast. Chicken breast is disgusting no matter how infrequently you eat it.
But don't bother with that one anyway. Cut out carbohydrates first and foremost, that's helpful.
I know cutting out carbs is a fast way to lose weight, but as part of a normal diet carbs are fine, they've been a part of the human diet for literally forever. They aren't poison or anything. It's just easy energy that requires minimal breakdown to access. Which was fine when you were toiling in a field or laying bricks all day, not so much when you're sitting in an office.
It's still just about moderation. Chinks and Italians have carbs as the foundation of their cultural diets but they aren't Amerifats obese. Because they don't shovel down the "never-ending pasta bowl".
