With the rise of laser, microwave, and energy weapons, we are returning to a time of armor.

Copper or silver chainmail disrupts emfs.

Kevlar or silk underneath will slow projectiles.

Metal shells with ornamentation - angular lines, mirrored surfaces, rounded corners, will prevent detection and blunt force.

With all new cars being vulnerable to hacking and control, horses will become a viable option for mobility again.

So let them move towards "the future". We will become beautifully armored knights again. With purpose.

Close but not quite.

Silver chainmail won't stop EMF. You need a specially designed shirt with the silver woven into the fabric itself.

Something like this: https://www.proteckd.com/collections/faraday-shirt/products/unisex-faraday-silver-lined-emf-proof-long-sleeve-shirt-e15-21?variant=44492202770611

For stab/projectile resistant you probably want something like this: https://safelifedefense.com/shop/concealable-enhanced-multi-threat-vest-level-iiia-plus/

For camouflage the main issue for humans is heat so you probably want something like this: https://stg-defence.com/en/poncho-stealth/

You won't be able to camo your horse though not that you'd camo your vehicle either.

Most emf shielding is fake. You need woven copper or silver mesh with a tight enough weave to reflect the radio waves of multiple mhz spectrum, which is expensive. Im using chainmail as a layman's term. It would be woven not links.

Which this company claims to do though I imagine a lot is fake. Maybe we should start our own company.

That company may be real. The issue is buying online. Id want to test something in many ways before I dropped the kind of cash it would require to get a truly useful thing.

Put a cellphone under it. Put it over a TV antenna. A wifi router. Etc.

Theres probably great items out there made by real people with a real purpose, but there is a lot of snake oil as well. Look at all the "emf" stickers and other bullshit on the market.

That stealth poncho would have to be hot as balls to work.

Yup, and the hotter you get, the more you show up on thermal. This post is ridiculous...those "faraday" clothes have no way to actually ground themselves and won't work either.

Kevlar's ok for small rounds, but try a simple shotgun on a vest and see how great your protection is. Good luck!

How's your shotgun vs Kevlar mail and solid armor?

Plates work. And also robot dogs will probably be carrying small arms for weight and accuracy. Drones as well.

Idk about the links that guy posted specifically, but I don't think its in the wrong wheelhouse. At least hes thinking of options and I respect that.

Fast forward past the soyboy. Good luck with your plates, solid armor or whatever else you think is going to help you vs simple buckshot, and that's just a single shot!

Nothing stops modern surveillance or modern ballistics

Buckshot isnt a high penetration. If you want penetration you use a slug shot. Do.. you know guns?

Not recommended for use in Texas during the summer.
