This is how Trump operates. If he wants something to get feedback, he says the stupidest thing possible out loud. Everyone, literally EVERYONE complains about his statement, then he goes with what he wanted originally.

It's why you DON'T pay attention to what he says. Pay attention to what he DOES.

Keep in mind that Tel Aviv has been bombed multiple times since Trump 2 took office.
