There's a reason they only crowd urban centers. In rural parts of Europe, particularly northern europe (and some parts of America) they still abide by the law of the land.
I once read of a case where a rapist (obviously a migrant) in rural middle of nowhere Sweden was lynched by the 16 year old girl's brothers and left to hang out in the woods. How he ended up in rural Sweden I don't know, but he was dealt with properly

The political klan existed and was active in the Midwest, but the vigilante klan was the more active one and was primarily southern. If you reported a rape, a robbery, or a murder to the klan, the perpetrator in question would be disappeared forever. Unfortunately, they did not *actually* racially discriminate either. A white person found guilty of something would get the exact same treatment as Emmet Till.
