They used niggers and spics as bioweapons in the 90s. garland has/had big Latino gang violence issues when I grew up. It was pretty terrible before Indians.

The racket they’re pulling is to introduce an outlander group to create ethnic strife. Once whites start waking up and fighting, they introduce another group. Then another. Then another. As Infinitum. This does not make all previous outlander groups allies.
