More tidbits of into: It's mostly the western allies that did this. The soviets by contrast also had an all pervasive cult of physical fitness and even offered Arno Breker himself a contract to work in the USSR (or maybe it was east Germany, I can't recall) to build the same statues that he had always built. Which he did not take, mostly because he just wanted to retire. Breker was actually not a very political person in general, he just aligned heavily with the NSDAP on the ideal human form.

Of course, early in the war the average soviet soldier wasn't that physically fit compared to the average German because the soviet was probably severely malnourished. But later on during the cold war, the red army had some of the most strenuous physical fitness requirements of any army in the world, quite possibly *because* of the experience fighting the germans. To this day, the russian army (at least before the Ukraine War) has/had a very high barrier of entry compared to America, Europe or even China (which is solidly at 2nd place, or maybe first place now).

Update: I fact checked myself and the C-APFT (chinese army physical fitness test) is actually very grueling. So, to be honest, it blows everyone else's standards out of the water. I was wrong on that one.

And outside of the military itself, the ussr was very invested in physical fitness. Having youth groups for exercise and marksmanship, annual fitness tests for citizens, and generally having a population physically prepared for war. The food that was available was that which was considered the most nutritionally sound (at least at the time, by todays standards though a bit more meat would have been good, and at least up until economic issues caused the infamous bread lines). The germans made an indelible influence on the soviets, mostly accidentally and partially on purpose by repatriated germans. It's just that how this played out in overall society was much wider than what took place in america and Europe, where german contribution after ww2 was much more specialized and difficult to notice.

I said nothing that was incorrect at all, one can talk about things that were done right without worshipping a certain society. For instance: it's good that America has the right to bear arms and free speech, but that doesn't make it any less jewish. In this case, the USSR did well in that aspect and its citizenry did not consist of useless and fat retards. This is something that the ussr did correctly that the west did completely wrong. Or, another way to view it, the breakdown of physical health and fitness is something that the jews in the USSR did not view as an imperative over the ones in the US specifically and the west more generally.

It's important to know who does what in this jewish zeitgeist. If I say the "allies", broadly, regarding this, one who is at least somewhat educated can point to the cold war era ussr as a refutation to any claims and decide that your argument is invalid, because the soviets did not do this, the Americans did. Give yourself as little possibility to be rebuked as you can. I hate speaking in absolutes, with some exceptions, for this exact reason. Take the time to unpack and figure out what everyone that is part of a specific entity did individually. That way, when you argue a point, nobody can point out another person that did/did not do that thing as evidence that you're wrong. Especially when said entity is as all-ecompassing as the allied powers of ww2, which was incredibly nebulous.
