For one, obviously, no actual NatSoc groups should be wanting to poison their people and nation with drugs, and even then, the idea of doing that to communities of foreigners in your nation is kike behavior. For two, in the case of "Neo-Nazi" skinhead prison gangs (which might as well be a bunch of bald White niggers with swastika tattoos), why the fuck would you want to brand your large, federal-felony-sized shipments of illegal drugs in a way that can be traced back to you at all? It's the same thing as any other random shit that's getting stamped into presses.
