Consider how completely and utterly stupid America has become.
So stupid that even low-IQ *Somalis* are outsmarting Americans. If Somalis are outsmarting Americans with their IQ's of 65 or so... what does that say about American intelligence?
And not just outsmarted, but outsmarted for eleven million USD. That's what happens when you make some spic a judge. You end up with Latin American levels of corruption. Demographics, after all, are destiny.
But forget the eleven million, indeed, Somalis *en bloc* are outsmarting Americans for *billions* of USD.
Now Mr. Said is probably somewhere in Somalia, where he can either make that money go a long way - he could have a walled mansion built with that, and be untraceable in this country where state capacity is generally very weak (al-Shabaab, pirates, and clans rule great swathes of it) - or begin plotting which other European-descended country he should next attempt entering. Given that they're also suckers for Somalis, he should try Sweden next!
He could also wait for the next Democrat president, use some of his money to travel to Mexico, and be another border-crosser. 'Saar, I am totally not Abdirashid Ismail Said, I am Abdulrashid Ibrahim Said, I am a different man altogether.' Then proceed to steal millions more.
Wouldn't it be hilarious if America fell for the exact same Somali twice?

DEI judge; imagine letting an *immigrant* out on bail? Maybe if it was set at $11 million...
You've got the idea. We don't want them around. Give up the 11 million you stole, get out and don't come back to the US ever again.
I wish we had a colony in Africa, maybe Liberia or something, where we could offer deals to our prisoners. They can leave the US and give up their citizenship, to live in Africa, or they can stay in jail. Any probation or bail given is a risk for the judge. How easy would it be to pay an African nation a few thousand to take these criminals off our hands. They'd love to do it!!
