Not to be a doomer but it is almost impossible to completely avoid googles tracking if you use the internet.

With that being said it’s very easy to not use Gmail and don’t use google search. That is a good start.

If you have an iPhone, don’t use any google apps, most of them scrape all your data off the phone.

Apple Maps isn’t as good but it has gotten a lot better and works fine for 99% of normal use.

Look into a privacy site like what this guy posted above, it can be daunting at first but take baby steps and you’ll be ahead of the vast majority of people.

Alternatively, use their bandwidth for things beneficial to you that aren't controversial (benign ai chatbot answers)
