Croatia has agreements with Nepal and Philippines to import thousands of their people. This is on top of the pajeets sent from the EU.

it is but it also recently joined the EU which means they are bound to be kiked hard

hell like a few years ago i've read they've enacted some pro gypsy law despite like having 0.50% gypsies in the entire country compared to the locals
