It was a "small fire" that was "quickly contained," and for this alone it abandoned its mission and sailed 11 days and 2,600 km to Greece for repairs ... but it was NOTHING serious!
Nevermind the fact that after docking in Greece, it sailed another two days to seek refugee at a major naval yard in Croatia, where it spent another week ... for a "simple fire" in the laundry room. Nothing serious, okay? 🙄
I actually thought the Navy crew deliberately clogged toilets and started fires to get out of going to the Persian Gulf. The moral was very low and I thought they didn't want to die for Israel. I was glad it was out of service. I am also glad it was Iran that damaged it.
