TLDR: Sperm is haploid. It does not contain DNA. it does not divide/reproduce. Microchimerism can only be caused by interchanging full DNA cells with another person in such a way that the immune system doesn't immediately recognize them as foreign and eliminate them. Organ transplants would be a good example.
