Raping children is effectively legal in Israel, which is one of the world's largest child sex trafficking hubs.

It's a summary offense no different to a parking fine here in the US.

Legal for pay, if ((( they ))) get caught.

This means they don't get added to any global pedo watch-lists and their sex crimes against children aren't known to foreign nations.

They flood into foreign countries and start setting up their child sex trafficking networks using the host nation's children.
