Usually it's not as complex a statement as that. Usually it's something more along the lines of "I finna tode y'all, I FINNA TODE Y'ALL, I FINNA TODE Y'ALL! OMMA MAMA PLEEEEE! I FINNA TODE Y'ALL! I FINNA-" bzzzzzzt

It's extra funny when the cops also glitch out on their training and just keep screaming something like "STOP RESISTING! STOP RESISTING! STOP RESISTING!" Over and over at the same time.
