It's from the film, 'White Hunter, Black Heart.' The film was based on a novel of the same name about the making of the movie, 'African Queen.' Which was directed by John Huston and starred Katharine Hepburn & Humphrey Bogart.

I cut the scene off there because after that Clint tells a metaphorical story about how even a beauty can become ugly with hate. It's very obviously inserted propaganda viewed through the lens of today. The film itself is pretty good aside from the kiked moments.
