I was wondering why all the gods across cultures demanded blood sacrifice. Blood sacrifice seems to be common throughout cultures. The spilling of blood must open portals.

We find tombs of thousands of dead babies, often near temples or on the grounds of temples. Not only human baby sacrifice but lots of blood sacrifice, such as lambs because they sound much like a human child when they cry.

Can you think of ways in which these sacrifices might still be happening today? Abortions? Slaughterhouses? Secret society rituals? Genocides? Bombs? Bioweapons? How do we mass sacrifice animals and humans today FOR THE BLOOOOOOOOOoooooooooD?

Israel started the Iranian war, bombed the peace negotiations, attacked when Trump attempted to deescalate (likely political theater but I'll include it) and then opted out of sending troops, allowing on US blood and treasure to be spilled all over Iran.
