After eating a lot of pastured meats and/or stuff from local farms, I tried some of the "tube" packaged ground beef from the grocery store. Trying to save money. I could barely choke the stuff down, it tasted like sawdust.
Now naturally these places may be lying or underinspected, but per the guidelines, if it says "100% grass fed" or "grass-finished" it means they've only eaten forage their entire lives. Just "grass-fed" is BS goyslop.
I've eaten pork for most of my life. I grew up in north carolina, a pork state where pork is really cheap. I now live in spain, another land of pork.
I always thought that beef was pretty bland because the shit at the store is, and most of what you would buy from a butcher (where my family usually got meat and where I usually do now) will be pork. Pork will at least be the most reasonably priced and freshest thing a butcher will have.
That being said, I recently got my hands on beef from Rubia Gallega cows and it is absolutely phenomenal. I've also developed a penchant for mutton and lamb as well.
I've moreover realized that pork is seen as the low quality meat in many parts. Well, pork is actually extremely nutritious, it's really good, and pigs are the most efficient farm animals that exist. The only thing is that it's really easy to still get a lot of pork from pigs that are treated like shit and fed shit because they eat anything, so when pork is low quality it is *very* low quality. Low quality pork is significantly worse than low quality beef, but high quality pork is comparable to high quality beef. Get pasture raised pork, your body will thank you
Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed
You just have to get pasture raised pork from farmers raising hogs that don't feed them bullshit. Pigs are omnivorous and will eat basically anything and their meat won't suffer for it the same way as cows. That being said, still, the dubious mixtures of mashed up soy, rotten sludge, and animal scraps full of maggots that factory farms feed pigs absolutely does have a negative effect on the meat itself as well as the pig's lives. I wouldn't touch generic supermarket pork anywhere. Roots, tubers, acorns, fruits, grasses, and seeds are ideal to feed pigs, alongside scraps of meat. Reputable farmers will feed their pigs these things. Acorns seem to have the most positive effect on the taste of the meat. Here in spain cerdos ibericos eat almost exclusively acorns and the meat from these pigs is divine.

Pigs don’t have a four-chambered stomach like cows do. Cows can detoxify a lot of the plastic and heavy metals a lot better than pigs. If that pig is eating cardboard and styrene, it’s in their meat. And then you absorb it when you eat it
