We also lack context entirely. The saved contact might be her boyfriend and the other contact might be John Doe from work doing a food-run. Romantic intent also isn't specified here and its implication from the text is extremely vague, the guy on the top might have absolutely no attraction to her or intent whatsoever. Or she might be lying, and the guy on top is actually a woman

Or it might just be fake and gay and entirely staged. Which is very much possible if not probable given that both messages dubiously have the exact same timestamp on them.
