It can't be done. The emptiness of space contains radiation that is lethal to life forms like us. The Van Allen belts create a barrier around the Earth that prevents most of it from bombarding the planet and everything on it with deadly amounts of radiation. If it didn't exist, neither would life on Earth. Any human attempt to go past it will result in their deaths by the cumulative effect of the radiation. That is why the Soviet Union stopped trying to put a man on the moon and went with remote controlled vehicles to do their research and exploration between 1970 and 1973, years before the US allegedly did the same thing on Mars.

Every retard who never took a physics class has decided space exploration is impossible because "muh Van Allen Belts".

>The Apollo 8 astronauts, the first humans to traverse the Van Allen Belts in December 1968, were exposed to radiation levels equivalent to just twenty chest X-rays over their entire mission . Not per hour. Not per day. Over the whole trip—including the time spent orbiting the Moon and coming home.

The USSR couldn't go to the moon for 2 reasons: 1) it was too expensive 2) they didn't kidnap enough Nazi geniuses. We had Werner Von Braun and they did not.

>Apollo space program director Sam Phillips was quoted as saying that he did not think that America would have reached the moon as quickly as it did without von Braun's help. Later, after discussing it with colleagues, he amended this to say that he did not believe America would have reached the moon at all.

NASA lied, and you're gullible enough to believe them. And you call me a retard.

I don't spend energy on moon hoaxers or flat earthers. I've learned they troll and never argue in good faith. You people are like race denialists. There is overwhelming evidence that we landed on the moon, for anyone to see if they want to investigate.

I don't care. I should point out that you say "moon hoaxers" troll and don't argue in good faith, yet right out of the gate you called me a retard. Go ahead and get the last word. I won't respond because I don't care about your opinion.

Even if it could be, we have plenty of earth problems to deal with before needing to check out space

Agreed. It's such an incredibly pointless waste of money.
