Correction, every turk since forever has had a ton of Greek admixture because most of them are just turkicized anatolians. Not much changed in the genetic landscape after the ottomans rolled in, hell even the ottomans that invaded Constantinople already had a ton of anatolian greek admixture. Mehmed II did not look even slightly turkic
