I've spent most of the past many years in a relationship, so this hasn't been an issue. Lately, I wake up, repeatedly during the night, let's say... uncomfortable.

It's really disturbing my sleep.

Any advice on how to deal with this? I thought it would pass, but I've not slept through the night for a good three months.

I'm not mgtow or anything, but I am a heartbroken and not eager to start a relationship, especially not for this reason. No desire for one-night stands or any of that gross nonsense either.

Masturbation is not healthy.

More exercise will make you ache for bed more than you ache for onanism.

Exercise will also make you stronger, more attractive and increase your choice of a woman to make dozens of White babies with.

Jesus wants you to live your best life. Honor Him by doing so.
