I am not a member of the protestant movement, but I can't understand people who are and who complain that they are powerless to do anything. If I understand correctly, you can take over a church with a majority vote. All you have to do is show up, right?
Organize yourselves! Church by church, take over the leadership positions and hire good men to be pastors. Kick the corrupt and degenerate out. Don't feel bad for cleansing your churches the same way Jesus cleansed the temples!
Stop running away from liberals and degenerates! Take control of the physical assets of your local church! Take over the committees responsible for distributing donations and such. If you run into resistance, bring more and more men in to overwhelm them by sheer numbers. There are so few people going to protestant churches nowadays it should be a trivial matter!
I would love to share notes with you on what works and what doesn't in motivating real men to get involved with prayer, scriptures, church participation and most importantly leading their families in godliness. Our church does a pretty good job of it, and most of what we are doing has nothing to do with whether or not you believe in the Trinity or not. It's a pattern you are free to steal from us! Come and take whatever you want and use it as your own! I would be happy to see more and more protestant families spending more time in the Bible and in prayer and in keeping Christ's commandments!
To the catholics and orthodox: You already know what you need to do to clean up your house. It's not the first time it has been done. Don't be afraid. Just do it. Or keep doing it. I think there is going to be a renaissance in the Catholic church and it is going to explode with power soon. It's already starting in the orthodox churches and it's amazing!
Happy Easter to everyone! Even the atheists, jews and muslims! You all need more Jesus in your lives.
The Vatican appears to be captured by non-Catholics and they changed a bunch of practices and teachings with Vatican 2, which has ground everything to a halt.
You're not going to work within that system to reform it: you'll be reassigned parishes, suppressed, or excommunciated (see SSPX for example, who take a halfway opposition to Rome).
So sedevacantism seems like a necessary opposition position to take to that system which is captured and put in an irregular "halted" state.
How it gets unstuck I think will be someone saying something that becomes "viral" that makes people understand sedevacantism is the correct response.
Once Catholics worldwide agree there is no pope, new leadership is elected. Then actual things can be done.
Until then I pray God raises up someone to say the right things and I try to say some things like in comments like these, while attending to other things
Would I try to form a new order? Probably not, unless I had millions of followers, and even then I wouldn't move unless the church asked me to. Would I speak out against the current leadership? Not even in private.
In other words, forget the pope, live your life the best way you know how, and be as good an influence on the people around you. Which is all anyone should be doing anyway.
The fact that there are millions of catholics doing this right now is why I think the catholic church is doing as well as it is. People aren't joining and staying because the pope is awesome. They are joining and staying because of individuals who actually live rightly. I hope they continue to do so.
