Yes, even then. They will argue they had "reasonable suspicion" to file, just like the police had "reasonable suspicion" to beat you up. They all protection each other, dude. From the top to the bottom, it's all a big mafia.

oh i know

somehow orenstein in pittsburgh is still a judge even though he was letting killers free every day, but they temporarily took him off criminal cases after one of them murdered a cop
