If I were the father of that child, I'd go full psycho-mode in figuring out the limits of pain and fear that can be inflicted on them. They would beg for death, but I do not provide that mercy. Not until they become totally apathetic.
The judge however... I'd probably just hang him/her. I heard that kikes believe that death by hanging is worse for them, so that's fine. I'd put in some psycho-terror for good measure though, granting opportunities to "convince" me, and maybe cut off some fingers or limbs for non-cooperation, presenting myself erratic and irrational. Which I were, partly, seeking for vengeance.
