Those companies will only "thrive" until the weight of diversity overcomes the remaining White merit left in the company. The diversity increases while the White merit decreases, putting more pressure on the dwindling White workers to maintain the system that the diversity hires are destroying. This increased pressure on the fewer White workers pushes more of them out, increasing diversity and reducing merit, to the point where it negatively and increasingly affects the company's product(s), pushing customers away, reducing profits, and inevitably ruining the company.

With smaller companies pursuing diversity for the ESG blood money from BlackRock, we've seen this entire process lead to failure within just a few years. Much larger companies take time to collapse fully, or can stave it off by buying politicians, manipulating markets, and being just smart enough to realize they can't completely push all White men away, so they maintain a minority White work force to maintain their systems, while simultaneously pushing for diversity, both in the company and society wide via lobbying and marketing.

However, even this mere maintenance by bigger companies can't sustain itself indefinitely, either. The massive shift in demographics civilization wide, the demonization of merit and White men, the promotion of diversity, stupidity, and sin, will inevitably result in a systemic collapse. White men will walk away and stop supporting these corrupt systems, on top of the forced diversity and demographic changes. There won't be enough White men and merit left to uphold it anymore, and it will collapse.

The rejection of truth always, always leads to failure. Big things just take a longer time to realize that failure.
