I really hate my peers. I'm a retired boomer and live around fucking boomers. I try to avoid talking to them when I take my dogs to the dog park because of the retarded shit they say. That's hilarious. Iran has spent 40 years preparing for this moment, and they're not wasting this opportunity. Without doxing yourself, can you share your experiences with jews as a banker and finance person? Might be some interesting stories to compare with my own perceptions of jews from my own experiences with them.
I've mostly avoided jews but one time I did interview at a very jewish place before I was jewpilled but it really rubbed me the wrong way. It was a private equity company and the principals were bragging to me about how they'd enter into complicated contracts with business owners (where they'd invest equity into the company) that the business owners didn't really understand. These contracts were designed such that the jews knew the business owners would never be able to meet the terms of the contract which then would give the jews access to the assets of the business to sell but since part of why the business owner would be unable to meet the terms is that the market would have crashed so they'd get tons more assets than they normally would because the market value for those assets at time of acquisition would be depressed significantly. The jews would then just hold onto the assets for a couple years and slowly sell them back to the market at much higher prices and make significant profit. All the while, destroying the business owners business with 0 care in the world.
They told me this all with the biggest shit eating grins I'd ever seen as if I was supposed to congratulate them for such an amazing job done.

Start a business in South Dakota. Pay your business with your own money as your only client. Find a sketchy accountant who doesn't care. Lie to the banker about the nature of your business (perhaps even make a website to seem legit). Make it consulting or something stupid that no one can do a "site visit" to see your business. Provide financial statements the accountant does up showing good income made in the business (which is just money you pay to your business yourself personally). Only pay yourself enough to qualify for the loan. Voila, you can now get a loan without showing your full income or any of your personal income/taxes info.

None that I can think of short of forging documents. Everyone is going to want to see income. No one loans on pure assets only. The only way to avoid anyone asking to see your personal income is hiding it through businesses.
You might find a private lender who'd be willing to meet your terms if the security (house) you were providing as collateral was strong enough. But I don't think it can be done at a financial institution short of forging documents.
