They always want to know income to tax it or report it to IRS
I think income should be private.
The willingness of everyone to grovel for jew loans over inflates the value of real estate and vehicles and other items for which loans are hustled (tuition).
A big issue with lending is the government. Lending would be less of an issue if the government wasn't there to bail everyone out when things go sideways. Yet, the government is always there to bail everyone out so we'd probably be better off if we banned lending unless the borrower can prove the lending will increase his profit.
I think income should be private.
