As we get older into our adulthood, many people report the amount of dreams they see starts to significantly decrease compared to when they were kids. And my theory for this is because the amount of growth hormones that we make as we get older significantly decreases. When I ate food high in growth hormones like brains and milk I started to get my vivid dreams again.

Growth Hormone = Dreams

If you are not dreaming something is not right.

Idk, for me dreams are almost exclusively tied to stress. I only get them when something has me seriously wound up the night before. The content of the dreams is nearly always able to be decoded as a narrative surrounding the stressor. Every once in a while they tip all the way into becoming night terrors.
