It's actually one spic if anything, the tattoos are identical on both sets of arms. As for XIV - there's an argument to be made that it's meant to represent the 14 words.

There's no argument, thats what XIV means. Furthermore, non-whites are not allowed in Active Clubs. If you don't like one, you can start your own.
