When the number of smart people declines, productivity in third world countries will decline, and subsidies (free food for africans) will end.
This will be a very good thing.
We should not be sharing our technology with the rest of the world anyway. If they want to eat, they should grow their own food the way God intended.

Peaked in raw numbers perhaps. Average worldwide IQ must have peaked decades ago if not longer.
The terrifying part is that populations will continue to increase and that decline is across the board, not just for high iq. The ratio of smart people is rapidly decreasing.
