When you orgasm, your body releases chemicals that lower cortisol. A quick 10 minute jerkoff session before bed won't matter much but if you're watching porn all the time (gooning) then you'll have a prolonged lowered cortisol impact. I think this is a very rare case. Too much of anything is bad for you. I know a woman who was hospitalized for drinking too much water all the time.
I remember watching porn when I was 12yo or so. I'd type like xxx into the url browser of my dial up internet. Lesbian porn ofc because penises are gay. But, I didn't really start watching it until I was 14yo+ and people were definitely sexually active at this point.
