I've been taking 1 fenbendazole capsule weekly(222mg) for the last 6 months or so.

This is the only year I can remember that I haven't been sick once, despite those around me falling ill, sometimes even multiple times.

The fact that I'm healthy should indicate that it is doing something but what I'm curious about is: would this in any way make the pathogens stronger and actually harmful in the long run by exposing them to a smaller infrequent dose?

Most info I've come across has to do with its effect on cancer rather than the method I'm using.

Any advice would be great if others have any experience or other ideas.

Thanks guys

Edit: would I be better off refraining from taking it weekly but if/when I do feel like I could be coming down with somerhing to just take it 5 days in a row or something like that?

I don’t know anything about a random guy you work with. All I know is that being “sick” is your body’s appropriate response to toxin exposure. If he’s constantly poisoning himself, then no. He’s not “healthier” than you (as far as I know what you’re exposing yourself to). Not being “sick” does not mean “healthy”. It means “your body is not currently in the process of detoxifying itself”. Detoxification requires nutritional inputs like minerals and amino acids. If you run out (or your organs are impaired), then your detox abilities are stunted and you will feel “sick” less often.
