Since the article does not mention anything else about the perpetrator, he is certainly an immigrant, most likely from Africa or the Middle East.
If it doesn't mention anything then you don't know anything. Duh. Stop being a rabble rouser and stick to the facts. Bullshit doesn't help the cause. Factual reportage helps us win. You can be part of the solution or part of the problem or just be butt hurt.
