I'd be very interested in reading those if you know where I can find them. This and similar topics really frustrate me because, while some beliefs I hold could be batshit insane, the liberal response is overwhelmingly "You can't say that because it's *offensive*" rather than actually understanding and factually refuting those beliefs. How do you hope to find the truth if you shut down any conversations you don't like? The only sane response is to think that they won't respond because they know it's true, or they don't care if it's true and simply want to have power over you.

It increasingly seems to me that homosexuality is a mental illness that stems from childhood trauma, and their promiscuity and rampant drug use are destructive coping mechanisms. If it really is genetic, and 2 or 3% of a population will always be gay, alright, get it out of schools but leave them alone, because they can be incredibly kind, social, artistic people. And even if it's a mental illness, I don't want the government to have so much power that they watch us while we have sex or force people to take medications. However, if is really does spread by men raping children, then...what else is there to do except castrate them? The fact that they stole the word for happy, use a bright rainbow flag, and now demand that men pretending to be women read books to children makes it all feel more sinister than genetic happenstance.

Anyway, I just wanted to put those thoughts out there. I meant to write something like this yesterday, but I accidentally closed the tab after I had written a lot. And I just have to keep doing these in order to keep my own sanity and figure out what's actually going on, because so much nowadays relies on censorship of unpopular ideas that those in power have deemed dangerous.
