Lots of people will say they are lactose intolerant and refuse to eat any dairy products. But lactose is only present in sufficient quantities to cause problems in milk and cream. Practically all cheese, yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese, and so on all have had the lactose removed or broken down by enzymes during fermentation and won’t cause problems. I know a lot of people fake gluten allergies too. What is the problem/mental illness happening here?

It’s allergic reaction to the additives (carrageenan in dairy, and pesticides in wheat), in combination with proteins in the food entering the blood stream before being broken down.

I have this problem from leaky gut after years of antibiotics. I love raw milk and cheese though. Doesnt really mess with me
