Thin boneless pork chops are 5 bucks a package. Presalt heavily for an hour before cooking and dry off with a paper towel before cooking and they take 2 min a side at high heat/BBQ (stovetop could take a little longer). Foolproof, easiest thing to cook ever and because of the presalt and dying the moisture to seal in remaining juices they are not dry at all. Can slice it up mix it with rice/make a stir fry out of it. Pork tenderloin is super cheap and delicious and they usually come pre flavored/marinated. Polish "City Chicken" is great and affordable. Polish, Italian sausage from a local place that you throw in the air fryer for 12 minutes with a flip at 6 minutes. Throw in the buns if you like them for another minute. They want to kike other kikes? NP, we just eat more pork now.
