I said I wasn't sure if the USA could pull off a victory and I'm not sure what their objective is because I don't think regime change is going to work.

The normies had such a different take. One guy said Iran has no military left, everyone defected, the USA took out all their equipment and military installments so the USA can just deploy some ground troops and easily take the country.

Another guy said Iranians are protesting like crazy and they'll topple their own government soon enough such that the USA can then gain access to all the oil in the area so it'll be a huge win.

I asked where they were getting their information and one of them said he only watches mainstream news because they're the most trustworthy.

I asked if they thought maybe their take on Iran was more propaganda that reality and then denied that.

I just don't get how people can be so easily tricked. No one really has any clue what's going on, cause fog of war. Every side always lies about military accomplishments. Yet... They just accept what they're told. I don't get it.

I just learned the word "anoesis" today, and it's a very accurate descriptor for the NPCs among us.

Yea I think that would work. Sort of just wondering around, reacting to stimuli with no real intellect or self awareness behind any of their actions.

That's how NPCs can so comfortably hold contradictory thoughts with no cognitive dissonance (defined as the "discomfort at holding contradictory thoughts simultaneously"). NPCs hold the contradictory thoughts because of the pure passive receptiveness, but without self reflection or intellect there is no discomfort in holding those conflicting positions.

My two “favorite” normy phrases, and they get extra points when they combine them.

“It is what it is”, and “watcha gonna do”?

You really think that about Iran? Interested to hear where you're coming from. Why do you think Iran would be able to do that? IMO I'd be shocked to see them make it to May, but then again it seems it'll be over by about April.

It's Afghanistan all over again. You can't successfully conquer places like that without going full Genghis Khan and building pyramids of skulls outside every city that resists. Modern westerners aren't willing to go that far, we'll just waste a bunch of lives on nation building before we leave and a new supreme leader crawls out of a cave to resume control.

Even if we were willing to go that far, Iran has allies and those allies have nuclear weapons. If we committed that savagery Id expect our bases, troops, and homeland to be nuked sooner or later.

Well, the US could probably pull off a victory if Israel's own stamina weren't a factor, and this is obviously a primarily Israeli war. Tel-Aviv right now looks like gaza even with the US being a joint partner. And it still keeps getting hammered by missiles from Iran and iranian proxies. Tel-aviv is looking significantly worse than Tehran does just from the missiles alone. If Israel peters out and eventually sues for peace, then there won't be any way for the US to stay active in the war. After all, the US is owned by israel, and at that point it would end up being less about Israel's (hypothetically) failed regime change and expansion, it would be about their survival as a state, and if the US stayed active and Israel pulled out, Iran would still be blitzing Israel anyways, but if both parties left, Iran would agree to peace accords with both of them.

Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed

Israel overstepped their own capabilities by making themselves a co-belligerent. Ariel Sharon was a lot smarter and less reckless than netanyahu by not involving Israel at all during the war in Iraq and thus not giving Iraq a casus belli for an all out war. If netanyahu were the Israeli PM in 1991 or 2003, he'd probably get Israel involved in this shitshow way earlier and Israel likely would not exist right now.

Netanyahu created a situation where the US military's capabilities are intrinsically tied to Israel's much weaker military capabilities. Let's hope that this will be their undoing.

Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed

Read my other comment here. Iran has the US by the balls, and they've prepared for 2 decades for this war. I do not claim they will win, but this war may stretch over years.

Remember that the US has won 0% wars over the past 100 years where it was the main player. Wars, not little week or month long skirmishes with zero stakes for them. israel is basically meaningless, and whatever they can muster is literally paid by the US. Militarily they are just an extension of the US. They're just good at killing civilians.

Ask them: if we're winning, why is oil at $200 a barrel even after an unprecedented release of US reserves?

The proof is in the pudding. If things aren't getting better for Americans, they aren't winning.

> he only watches mainstream news

That is the jewish media. They are the worst of the worst. Brainwashed beyond recognition.

> No one really has any clue what's going on, cause fog of war.

While fair, the US has a track record of EXTREME levels of propaganda and lies, and so does the EU. So I rather believe some Chinese, Russian, Iranian source or other foreigners talking about that topic than "our side."

I literally have more confidence that Iranian media is more honest with me than sources from "my side." And it appears like the US cannot win, the US cannot back down, and that Iran won't back down either. Russia also complicates things. And possibility for nukes too.

For example the USA is invested in spending as much as possible on military and losing ~10-100 times as much money as Iranians, who in turn go for cheap solutions. For example Americans shoot down Iranian drones that cost 50000 with missiles that cost 1000000. 1:20 ratio. Also Iran prepared for war for 2 decades, because it was OBVIOUS that this war will come eventually. Then there is the economic side - by depriving the US from oil Iran can cause massive damage to the US economy. Also if the US sends troops, the Iranians have knowledge of the terrain - so they could snipe them from the mountains or pursue other tactics the US will struggle to handle. Then there are global diplomatic ramifications - the US is obviously in a warmongering status starting a war on behalf of the jews (or just "israel" for normies). The US is the pet of israel on a short leash of Netanyahu. I've read quite often that "no matter who you vote, your president will be Netanyahu."

While it's unclear when you are in a world war, we approached a point where we can say that WWIII has officially begun and that we are in its starting phase. The Ukraine-Russia war is barely worth mentioning compared to that - it's a proxy war of the EU with Russia on behalf of FUCKING Ukrainians lead by that FUCKING Zelensky kike. He must have pocketed so much money that he cannot even spend it.

Need to define what a "win" is. Usually, it's achieving all / most goals of the war. It's not looking good for the USA.

It's the most simple of math on the planet: the country with a well-established and tested air land sea and space weapons who has left millions of dead everywhere it goes for hundreds of years... with thousands of nuclear missiles which they had plenty of scientists, materials, time and protection while creating.... the country who snatches presidents and the only one who has ever dropped nukes in a big FU to humanity.....

...VS the goat herders who get blown up every time they spin uranium in a centrifuge... the ones who lacked such disciplinee they were almost overpowered by degenerate thoughts over their women and so had to cover them with sheets.

My bet is low risk, but guaranteed payout.

Statistico says

> Throughout the period of 2001-2021, U.S. forces suffered the highest number of casualties among coalition forces, totaling 2,448 out of the overall **3,586 fatalities**.

Factually says:

> Estimates of deaths tied to the Afghanistan wars since 2001 vary widely by category and source: Brown University’s Costs of War project counts **more than 940,000 direct deaths** across five post‑9/11 theaters (including Afghanistan) from 2001–2023, with over 432,000 civilians among them [1]. United Nations and NGO tallies focused on Afghanistan alone attribute the majority of recorded civilian deaths to Taliban and other anti‑government elements — typically 61–80% in UNAMA reporting

So about 3000 towelheads to kill one of our Whites

No but I knew a guy who was inside it on 9/11, which is really odd because the guy was DOD and had never been sent up there previously.

I half-assume he was part of the "inside job" everyone talks about.

What part of remembering Little Boy and Fat Man makes me seem like a fed?

Or was it the part where I noticed their enrichment facilities keep being taken down? That's in mainstream news.

Or did I misunderestimate the number of victims of the American war machine?

Or basically anyone who doesn't worship the pedo mohammad (piss be upon him) is a jew fed?

Yeah totally buttfucked. Iran tried to kill US president once, failed. US tried to kill Iran president once... succeeded.

Totally the US is exaggerating it's power........ lol.

I was raised bordering an unexploded ordinance field and the artillery would shake the clocks out of correct time. You think I'm some sort of propagandist or something. No, I've seen US military capability with my eyes and I have never seen anything comparable.

I think foreigners are unable to fathom the scale of ordinance at the US' disposal. I think normies think the hype is fake.

Not a jew or a fed, I've just seen a lot of explosions and murders.

Do you really not know how bad the war is going? I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt because you sound like you watched way too many hollyweird movies and think the US Military is invincible and infallible. Which is the exact mindset that led the US into this mess to begin with.

> Yeah totally buttfucked. Iran tried to kill US president once, failed. US tried to kill Iran president once... succeeded.

Okay.. and? The old man sat his in home and got martyred which in turn galvanized every iranian and neighboring shia muslim against ZOG. You think that's a win?

> I was raised bordering an unexploded ordinance field and the artillery would shake the clocks out of correct time. You think I'm some sort of propagandist or something. No, I've seen US military capability with my eyes and I have never seen anything comparable.

The US isn't the only country with bombs and missiles lol.

> I think foreigners are unable to fathom the scale of ordinance at the US' disposal. I think normies think the hype is fake.

The reality of the situation is, every single US base in the middle east has been destroyed by iran's ballistic missiles. There is nothing there left. They cannot open the strait of hormuz, the oil is NOT flowing, and every passing day Tel Aviv gets more drones and missiles dropped on it. And a "4 day special operation" is now becoming the afghanistan war 2.0. Now they're thinking they might need to deploy troops to be able to stop the missiles, but that's just going to lead to thousands of US troops dying for israel while achieving absolutely nothing.

But yeah, if you turn on MSM, everything is fine and dandy.

The best part is, these dumbfucks were warned this would've happened (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Millennium_Challenge_2002), but they cooked the books and rigged the challenge to ensure they won in the end and learned absolutely nothing in typical bureaucratic fashion.
