I think a lot of it might also be fear of backlash too. Niggers actually go apeshit for racial justice whenever one of their own is sentenced or shot (which, I almost *very begrudgingly* admire them for. If whites did the same thing we'd be a lot better off).

Very agreed. If they got it together and decided to improve their own communities they could do great things. They could have a well-developed, safe society. A lot of the reason chimpouts happen is because the government tells them to.
