Turkey's military is actually pretty top notch (strongest in the region at the very least) and they haven't had any issues with killing off the PKK and others in the past. Turkey won't need help dealing with them to be honest with you. Every armed clash that they've had with turkey has been a resounding failure. Well, I mean, turkey has actually defeated *most* of the separatists already, ended the conflict, and dissolved the primary one the PKK.
